The ethno-cultural centre represents a multipurpose public building which includes cafe on 70 seats with nutrition unit, souvenir salon, supermarket, public reception, educational centre with hotel on 16 rooms, conference hall, office and technical premises.
The building is connected by transition on the 5th floor with an existing building IPC "Offset" which occupies representative office of Evenkya Autonomous region in Krasnoyarsk.
