Hotel in Bobrovyi Ravine district
A hotel complex with a restaurant and spa-centre in Bobrovyi Ravine district, Krasnoyarsk.
An object located in Sverdlovsky district of Krasnoyarsk right next to Bobrovy Ravine Ski Resort. Functionally the object consist of hotel rooms of different class, restaurant and saunas. Buildings make up a square with two courtyards formed by most spectacular environmental dominants.
The objects split into a pair of buildings according to construction queue. There are higher class rooms, saunas and restaurant in the first building. A longitudinal slope caused the building to have level shift 1.5 meters high. The second building consist of economy class rooms with efficient plan and a separate entrance to each pair of rooms through a common tambour.
Spatial solution is based on single- or double-pitch roofs extended to walls. A façade has partitioned structure that is reminiscent of drawers that form balconies and bay windows. To make accents and organize macroforms some glass cases united into proto windows. That also makes associations with a countryside villas covered with snow and looks sharp even from a distance.
