Reconstruction into a hotel
The reason for reconstruction of an unfinnished office building is a changes of typology. New function — hotel
Zonning:
3-5th floors — hotel rooms
Upper technical floor and basement — networks.
A main enterance for public is turned to Surikova str, the secondary — to Marksa str. 1st and 2nd floors are united through an internal staircase. Entrance areas for personel, loadings, garbage removal are split. The building has two 100 kg freight elevatrors and one — 1000 kg for passengers
In order of reconstruction there is a full remake of plans and network systems within guidlines producible towards modern aparthotels. Due to the external look of the building remained the same and public spaces were turned into hotel rooms, some planning solutions keep typical "history tracks". Solid glazing of room walls, open metal ellments of vertical truss, loophole windows allowed to achieve a sharp image of designer-hotel in the city centre.
