There is a vertical zone separation ‘day-and-night'. On the first floor there is a hall, a guest room with a toilet, a living room with a kitchen and dining room, and a garage for two cars. A fireplace is planned in the living room. It is the dinning room with two tiers of windows that combines with the second floor. On the second floor there are two children's rooms, a parents' room, a bathroom, a cloakroom and a laundry. On the second floor there is a hall with two tiers of window where one can place a bookcase, a standard lamp and a chaise longue. There are two balconies in the parents' room and in the laundry.
Roof covering is combined and pitched. There are two slopes facing east and west for improving functional qualities of the roof. Absence of gutters simplifies the drainage system. There is an attic planned above the corridor, the bathroom and cloakroom which are situated on the second floor. It enables to house installation (air-conditioner and ventilation units) in the attic.
Different types of the street and yard space are characterized with flexible solution of the building elements. Street north-facing and lateral west-facing facades are more ascetic (there is minimum glazing, auxiliary rooms are situated here). Yard-facing facades, as well as east and south-facing facades are open with the stained glass bay window facing the garden. There is a terrace oriented south which has an access from it to the living room and the dining room. The following materials are supposed to use for the exterior finish, e.g. stones for the basement and the blind area, stucco for the first floor and wood sheeting for the second floor.
The basement walls are concrete and monolithic. The walls of the first and second floors are made of solid clay bricks. The span is a prefabricated reinforce concrete one with monolithic sections. The stairs consist of reinforce concrete steps with metallic bridgeboards. Stained glasses are made of aluminum shape with two double-glazing units. Wooden windows are also with two double-glazing units. Roof cladding is combined with wood rafters in the attic. The level of the first floor is taken for 0.000 marking.
