Koda complex

The construction is in the period of the 1992-2003s.

There is the most large-scale project of the workshop during the first 15 years of its history. There are eight 6-11-storied residential block-sections with offices in the first-third floors and storerooms in the basement floor in the area of 2, 4 hectare. They form a square with sides 140 x140 meters. In the yard of the complex there are administrative residential three-storied block and warm underground parking with multipurpose flat roofing for 90 cars. From the external side there is a powerful central heat point and transformer substation.

For the project realization in 1991 we created both the firm- developer – Koda Holding Company and the firm-contractor – Koda-Tek. In the process of construction “the project tuning” was constantly developing. Full and all-sided “immersion” into the object, almost five years – till the middle of 1996 did not give us an opportunity to design something else. But rich experience got during 11 years of the complex realization is invaluable in understanding the problems of a developer, an investor, a contractor – we were at their place.
