The concept designed by the workshop includes three basic variants using automated parking systems:
- underground four-storied parking for the city districts with compact planning;
- elevated multistoried parking with opportunity of interlocking with the existing buildings;
- linear semi-underground parking with three or four floors combined with small enterprises of domestic services.
