Physical training – health improving domiciliary complex school №68

From an explanatory note to the project:
«Health improving domiciliary centre on the basis of the school includes some exercise rooms, pool with saunas, medicine, administrative and trainer's premises. The center supplements the sport block of existing school, forming with it a uniform complex. The complex works for the school and in an independent mode for adjoining residential areas. Krasnoyarsk city committee of physical culture and sports is the general customer of a network of the improving centers. Each centre is projected individually and each centre presents an independent architectural object. The network of the improving centers will extend on 3 - 4 complexes per year»
The idea to create the health improving domiciliary centers on the basis of schools belonged to Vladimir Georgievich Hodykin - the chairman of Krasnoyarsk city committee of Physical culture and Sports. He has acted as a customer. At first we have worked the typology of the given objects in details - on capacity, functional structure, and space-planning decisions. Then the working documentation on three concrete centers has been executed. Vladimir Georgievich died and the objects were fated never to be carried out, though the present idea is an actual idea till this day.
