Suburban community on the Bazaikha River The plot of land is located in the picturesque area of the river Bazaikha and the stream Kalkat confluence. The town-building solution of the complex means the placement of a sports-sanitary centre with the elements of a tourist base inside the residential group.

The public block includes an administration building, a parking for temporary car keeping, a stable, sports and technical inventory rent for active summer and winter rest, open sports grounds, brazier-equipped places, an open swimming pool. A gym, a coffee-house, an open terrace with a river view are suggested for design.

Dwelling development is represented by different types of dwellings:

• eight-apartment three-storey residential building;
• single-family two-storey residential house with a garage;
• single-family two-storey block of flats with a garage.

To provide visual ties with the landscape denser development is located in the plot centre. In the central part of the complex a park zone is proposed with sports playgrounds.

The design envisages ecologically pure constructive and finishing materials (stone and wood), paved inner passages and sidewalks. Volumetric and planning composition is carried out taking into account maximum afforestation preservation.
