Not simply a series
A starting unit providing minimum but the high-grade conditions of residing of a family lies at the heart of each house. In process of family growth, the requirement for the additional space is satisfied with growth of the starting unit by an increment of additional premises. The series has necessary flexibility and easily adapts to various life scenarios and phases of family development. The developed scheme is attractive from the stage-by-stage investment into building and further development of individual dwelling point of view.
Start with a minimum
Any unit represents a high-grade apartment house with a necessary set of premises: kitchen-living room, a bedroom, a separate bathroom, a boiler-house with entrance possibility from a hall and directly from outside. The house total area is 58 m².
The development of the starting unit
- Upgrowth — the staircase built in the general space of kitchen and a living room. By insulating of garret space and occurrence of additional windows, there will be a mansard floor with placing of sleeping rooms and the second bathroom.
- Extension — additional warm volume of premises attached to the general space of a kitchen and a living room.
- Combined — the current way assumes a combination of first two development types.
The variety of façade solutions gives additional possibilities in search of individual architectural look of the house. Depending on desires of the tenant, all types of apartment houses can be supplemented with any architectural elements: a terrace, a verandah, a canopy etc.
The constructive scheme
The «Tridom» house series is developed on the basis of a frame-panel board system. The basic constructive element is a three-layer composite plate on a basis expanded foamed polystyrene. Properties of these plates provide easy and fast installation of the house that considerably reduces building terms.
