Basic planning principles

For minimisation of anthropogenous influence on a natural landscape, the complex project it is based on following base principles:

• Reduction of the building footprint area;
• Use of a relief folds; Integration of buildings with a landscape;
• Vertical urbanization;
• Maintained roofs;
• Multilevel underground parkings;
• Minimisation of a pulling down of green plantings and full preservation of valuable breeds;
• Use of previously urbanised areas; Lining of transport, foot and ski routes in alignments of existing ways.
